The primary mission of National Institute of Youth Academics, Arts, and Athletics (N.I.Y.A.A.A.) is to help black and other marginalized students of color discover their purpose through culturally relevant academic, artistic, and athletic education and training.  NIYAAA’s ultimate aim is to empower black students to overcome the artificial obstacles of racism and white supremacy in America and across the globe. This will help ensure their success in their adult life, including college, career/employment, and entrepreneurship goals. NIYAAA creates holistic programming, provides innovative online and offline learning platforms and develops methodologies specifically for the most underserved and marginalized students (black).  NIYAAA provides access to key academic services and resources to uplift disenfranchised students.
